6. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started

  • Failure to submit payment may delay or cancel services

Custom scopes, retainers, or extended engagements are governed by their individual written agreements.


7. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times (TAT) provided are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

12. Limitation of Liability
